Not yet. We are hoping to have an online payment system set up soon that will accept all major credit cards.

Absolutely! Because we don't have an online payment system yet, we need to receive payment in full before anything is shipped. It will be shipped fully insured. To arrange to have an item shipped to you, contact us and we will figure out the pricing.

We want you to be happy, just as we want the dolls to be happy. So if you need to make a return, we are more than willing to work with you. If you bought our merchandise in a store, you have a pretty good idea what it was when buying, so we don't really offer refunds for that. However, if it was purchased online, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll do an exchange or something.

Yes, they are! Each one is painted with care and we don't just smack some paint on them. We wait for the dolls to tell us what they want to be. 

We like to get requests, but we absolutely cannot guarantee any kind of doll. We get the dolls that come to us, so we never really know in advance what our inventory will be. Even after we have received a doll, it may just not be right for what you are wanting.
